We recommend booking our services as early as possible, especially for peak season events. For weddings, we suggest 6-12 months in advance. For smaller events like picnics or birthday celebrations, 1-3 months is typically sufficient. However, we do occasionally have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is approaching soon.
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before your event. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the event, you may apply your deposit to a future event within 6 months. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit. Full details can be provided on demand.
No, we do not provide our own inventory of decor items for rentals. Instead, we focus exclusively on styling and event design.
Absolutely! We're happy to collaborate with your chosen vendors to ensure a cohesive event experience. We have excellent relationships with many local vendors and can coordinate seamlessly with your planner, florist, caterer, and other service providers.
Yes, we service events throughout Los Angeles, San Diego, and Irvine. For events outside of San Diego, travel fees will apply. These may include transportation, accommodations, and additional logistics costs. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your event location.
